1Quotations

• Quotations are valid until the date stated on the quotation. Acceptance after that date may require a revised quotation due to sourcing or pricing changes.
• Acceptance of a quotation via our website confirmation link, or by written purchase order, constitutes acceptance of the quoted pricing and these Terms and Conditions.
• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise on the quotation.
• Quoted prices exclude shipping, packing, and handling charges unless explicitly stated.

2Orders and Payment

• LabConnect is currently operating on a request-for-quote basis while establishing initial inventory. Payment terms will be confirmed on each individual quotation.
• Where a deposit is specified on a quotation, goods will not be dispatched until the deposit has been received.
• Goods remain the property of LabConnect Pty Ltd until payment has been received in full.

3Delivery

• We aim to dispatch Perth-based orders within 24 hours of stock availability and confirmed payment, and Australia-wide orders within 2-3 business days via Australia Post, subject to product availability and courier service conditions.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only. LabConnect is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Title remains with LabConnect until payment is received in full.

4Returns and Claims

• Please inspect goods promptly on delivery. If goods are damaged, faulty, or do not match your order, contact us at orders@labconnectglobal.com within 5 business days of delivery.
• No refund or replacement will be issued without prior authorisation from LabConnect.
• This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

5Warranty

Products are supplied subject to the warranty terms of their original manufacturer, where applicable. LabConnect will assist in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims. Beyond this, and to the extent permitted by law, LabConnect makes no further express warranties regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us directly. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under Section 4.

7Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the version that applies. The current version is always available on this page.
